Lucy joins Glenhawk from Lendinvest where she worked as a Case Manager for over a year. Specialising within the fast-paced Buy-to-Let team, Lucy gained invaluable experience of the end-to-end process of short-term lending.

At Glenhawk, Lucy is responsible for caseloads and day-to-day case management. Working closely with our underwriting team, she ensures the smooth transition from loan application through to the loan completion, giving an extra level of support to our clients ensuring they get the best possible service from us.

As well as holding a degree in Psychology, having travelled all around South America, Lucy is also fluent in Spanish and is an avid netball player back in the UK.

With a background in development finance, Tom is an invaluable part of the underwriting team. Joining us from short term property financier Masthaven, he can provide advice and insight in a range of development types for our clients, with his underwriting experience ranging from single residences to large multi-unit developments across the UK.

Originally from Northampton, Tom’s early career begun in finance at Nationwide (head office). Here he gained valuable experience in understanding the importance of customer relations and communication which translates effectively with our clients at Glenhawk.

An avid football player, Tom is also a talented guitar player who can be relied upon to play on-demand in the office!

Sophie is responsible for post completion administration as well as providing support and efficiency of process for all our borrowers, from loan enquiry through to redemption.

Sophie’s previous roles include Property Servicing Assistant at Octopus Property, Redemptions Officer at Amicus Finance Plc, and Collections & Litigations Agent at The North View Group.  She has extensive experience liaising with clients, brokers and solicitors and is a capable cash flow forecaster.

Originally from Maidenhead, in her spare time, Sophie is putting her technical flare into restoring a car.

Wakarun is responsible at Glenhawk for ensuring all our loans comply with regulatory and company standards, specifically by performing quality assurance checks and conducting regular internal audits. She also plays a key role in analysing trends and suggesting subsequent best working practices for the company.

Previous to joining Glenhawk, on completing her master’s degree in Corporate and Financial Law, Wakarun worked for over four years at one of the Big Four Financial Services firms. Here she was a subject matter expert in complaints handling and gained a wealth of experience in corporate and financial quality control and quality assurance.

As well as also holding a bachelor’s degree in law, Wakarun enjoys hiking with friends and playing squash and badminton.

Pete joined Glenhawk from Shawbrook Bank, where he was a Regional Development Manager since 2012. He brings with him a successful track record in loan origination, with a particular focus on the residential and commercial bridging markets, where he originated over £100m of bridging and term loans in 2018.

Prior to Shawbrook, he held the role of Commercial Director at All Types of Mortgages, where he oversaw the running of its commercial and short-term business. His near 20 years of real estate lending experience also includes roles at Commercial 1, RBS and Barclays.

Peter is responsible for expanding and strengthening Glenhawk’s broker relationships in London and the South East. An avid golf player, and still playing football for his vets team, Peter’s claims to fame include appearing in a Persil advert when he was 8!

Samantha brings with her over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, most recently at Together Money, where she was Regional Development Director for just under three years. Prior to here, Samantha spent over 10 years at Barclays Bank where she worked across a number of roles, most notably as Premier Relationship Manager where she was looking after nearly 700 high net worth clients.

Samantha is a social butterfly and loves nothing more than meeting new people as well as spending time with her existing connections across the professional sector. She gets a real thrill from seeing clients achieve their dreams using property finance, whether that is buying a first or hundredth investment property, a new or run-down commercial premise or raising money to further their business.

When not working Samantha can be found enjoying a country pub lunch or a windy beach walk with her family including two hyperactive French bulldogs.

Annaliese brings with her a wealth of experience in the property and finance sector, where she is responsible for our product and service delivery in the Midlands and the South West at Glenhawk. Prior to Glenhawk, Annaliese was at the forefront of Business Development for Apex Bridging where she was tasked with nationwide distribution of their products, supporting major packagers and master brokers, and assisting the business with the development of new finance products.

Annaliese also gained invaluable experience acting as a buyer for a corporate investment business and working for over a decade within an established estate agency working as sales manager for multiple branches in her region.

In addition to her professional career, Annaliese enjoys her passion for property in her personal time, having bought and refurbished a multitude of properties, as well as constructing her own home locally which she is very proud of.

Harleigh has nearly a decade of experience working within the financial services sector. She spent five years working at a high-profile mortgage brokerage, building her residential, buy-to-let and bridging market knowledge.  For the last two years Harleigh has worked within business development department  at the fast growing and innovative challenger bank, Shawbrook

Harleigh’s core role at Glenhawk is to nurture and develop client relations. Her personable working style combined with her technical knowledge provides our key stakeholders with the close support and interaction that we feel is so important  throughout the various stages of the loan application cycle.

Harleigh’s passion for all things food related, has influenced her love/hate relationship with the gym!

Valentin is responsible for all internal and external IT functions for our business. He oversees the infrastructure of our technical operations including eliminating security risks and maintaining our IT operations and systems, ensuring complete efficiency and technical support across our whole business at all times.

With over 25 years of experience in IT and technology, Valentin held Senior Project Manager positions at Credit Suisse and RBS, gaining extensive experience in large corporation IT requirements.

Originally from France, Valentin is trilingual speaking German, French and English. He enjoys writing movie scripts in his spare time.

Rachael is at the core of our Glenhawk HQ, ensuring both the smooth running of our office on a day-to-day basis, and supporting Guy Harrington (CEO) and Nick Hilton (MD) on administrative tasks to facilitate their ability to effectively lead our organisation.

Previous roles include Team Assistant at Pimco and Executive Assistant at Shawbrook, where Rachael gained over four years of invaluable experience developing her people and organisational skills to perfection.

As well as spending time with her family, Rachael loves cooking and baking in her spare time.
